Website terms,
without pretending they're the code license.
These terms cover use of Trebell's public websites. Trebell Code's open-source repository is separately governed by its Apache-2.0 license.
Website use
You may access and use the public Trebell websites for lawful purposes. Do not deliberately interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure, or use the site to distribute malicious content.
Open-source software
Source code published in the Trebell Code repository is governed by the license included with that repository. These website terms do not override or narrow rights granted by the Apache License 2.0.
Product status
Trebell is an early-stage startup. Features, supported providers, release availability, benchmarks, pricing plans and roadmap items may change. Pages that describe planned commercial capabilities are not promises that a feature is currently generally available.
Benchmarks and technical claims
Benchmark results are provided as technical information about named tasks, settings and verifier outcomes. They are not guarantees that every repository, model, provider or future version will produce the same result.
Third-party services
Trebell Code can interact with external model providers, runtimes and developer services. Those services are operated by their respective providers and may have separate terms, usage limits, billing and privacy practices.
No warranty
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the website and open-source materials are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Use engineering tools carefully, review agent actions, and maintain backups and source control.
